WiSe 2022/23: Self Defense Course

You want to feel safer and know how to defend yourself in an emergency? You've always wanted to take a self-defense course, but haven't had the chance yet?

Then sign up for our self-defense course on 09 November 2022! We start at 19.30 clock in the interim sports hall in Heilbronn. Together with the martial arts school "Defense Club Öhringen" we will learn to defend ourselves and get important tips and tricks for the case of emergency.

Everyone is welcome: both women and men!

Cancellation notice

Your registration is binding and a full refund of the ticket price is only possible until October 10. A half refund of the ticket price is possible until October 17, 2022. At a later date we cannot refund the ticket at all.
