2nd Würth Engi­neer­ing Cup at Heil­bronn University

Let’s go for the next round — after last year’s suc­cess­ful pre­miere, it’s back to two days of tech­ni­cal fun at the Kocher. Show us what skills you have and put them into prac­tice right away.

What needs to be devel­oped is not yet revealed. Only so much in advance: In the end, mus­cle pow­er and elec­tric dri­ve will accel­er­ate sev­er­al water­craft. Fun, excite­ment and vari­ety are guar­an­teed — and at the clos­ing bar­be­cue there will be plen­ty of time to talk shop and ana­lyze the race.

The win­ning team will receive a Prize mon­ey of 500 eurospro­vid­ed by the Asso­ci­a­tion for Elec­tri­cal, Elec­tron­ic & Infor­ma­tion Tech­nolo­gies (VDE).

We are look­ing for engi­neer­ing stu­dents from the mecha­tron­ic dis­ci­plines: elec­tri­cal engi­neer­ing, automa­tion tech­nol­o­gy, mechan­i­cal engi­neer­ing. The teams will be inter­dis­ci­pli­nary. If nec­es­sary, par­tic­i­pa­tion will be decid­ed by lot. So apply quickly!

Pro­ce­dure

• Fri­day, 23.09. from 1 p.m. and Sat­ur­day, 24.09. in the morn­ing
  Design, pro­gram­ming and con­struc­tion phase in the lab­o­ra­to­ries of Heil­bronn Uni­ver­si­ty, Künzel­sau Campus.
• Sat­ur­day, 24.09. after­noon
  It’s out to the stove where the devel­op­ment results have to prove their worth in a race.

Reg­is­tra­tion

Apply either as a com­plete team or as an indi­vid­ual. Each par­tic­i­pant must fill out a sep­a­rate form. If you want to par­tic­i­pate with your team, just fill in a com­mon team name, so that you can be assigned. You will also need at least 1 lap­top per team, which you must bring with you.

The event will take place under the Coro­na reg­u­la­tions valid at the time and the cor­re­spond­ing hygiene con­cept. This must be observed and com­plied with by all par­tic­i­pants.
