Trend cuisine: Veggie, vegan and co.
Chickpea spread, lentil dip and quinoa-carrot pancakes - meat-free dishes are in and contribute to climate protection. But how good is it for our health? Are there any nutrients I need to pay special attention to on a meat-free diet? In addition to cooking and enjoying vegetarian and vegan dishes, we will also clarify these questions.
