Racism in the world of work: workshop
Experiences | Effects | Solution Strategies
This workshop offers all interested parties an introduction to the topic of racism in the world of work. Through theoretical input and practical exercises, we will address the questions of how we recognize racism at the institutional level and what we as employees and companies can do to combat it. The aim is to decipher the mechanisms of racism in the world of work and to develop ideas on how we can influence the structures and staff of our institutions in order to make our working environments critical of racism and thus a safer place to work for all employees.
