The sixth DTR Start-up Talk is all about how digital tools and products can positively or negatively influence our everyday work and how we can cultivate a mindful approach to them.

For this Dr. Isabell Koinig from the University of Klagenfurt, who will talk about dealing with digital technologies in the work context in relation to individual and organizational health. She will also provide insight into the extent to which digital technologies negatively or positively influence our health and how we can improve the way we deal with them. She will address the individual needs for students, as well as employees in companies.

The second guest is Founder, Matthias Rüegg. His start-up “Fullmind” has made it its mission to promote health and skills with mindfulness in the new world of work. Matthias is an expert in mindfulness. As a neurofeedback trainer, the Swiss native has been involved with meditation and mindfulness for several years. With his startup Fullmind, he has developed an innovative mindfulness training for companies that is made measurable through the use of neurotechnology. He will give us an insight into his company, his startup story and how mindfulness can be made measurable using neurotechnology.

Finally, as always, there will be time for questions to our speaker.
