Our unit stands for fun, joy and good humor!
We plan various excursions for the entire university for the students and have a lot of fun and a lot of laughs on the trips. The focus here — as the name suggests — is on sports and culture. We vary from semester to semester with our excursion destinations, so there is something for everyone. Especially for incoming students, these excursions are a great way to make new contacts and get to know student life from a different perspective.
At AStA and student parliament meetings, we report on the current situation and upcoming events. For us it is important that the students also have a say in which excursions are planned. For this purpose, regular polls are conducted so that every vote counts.
Since Heilbronn University has many campuses, it is important to us to ensure that all students at Heilbronn University, independent of the location, have the opportunity to participate in our rides.
The excursions naturally adapt to the seasons and offer students the chance to meet new people in the context of an excursion.
Popular trips include a musical outing, a trip to an amusement park, a trip to the Stuttgart Spring Festival, a trip to the musical, or in the winter, a trip to the Christmas market in Strasbourg. A pub crawl is also offered each semester.
In Corona times, the outing options have changed somewhat. For example, online activities such as a virtual freshman brunch, online Escape Room, cooking events, or an eSports tournament are increasingly offered.
The activities in the winter semester 2021/2022 are based on the regulations of the federal government for the purpose of the pandemic. Currently (as of October 2021), the events will be held in presence, respecting the 3G rule. All current information will be regularly updated by us on the site.
