In a nutshell: We promote talent in the region, motivate people to take off and encourage them to stay!
"Hohenlohe 4 Talents" is a support program with the clear goal of bringing know-how and technologies to the Hohenlohe Plus region, securing skilled workers and promoting local founders* and start-ups, as well as further developing the local start-up culture.
The motivation / objective
Scholarship for founders in the Hohenlohe Plus region
Create incentives for start-ups
Create and further expand startup community
Generate founders and secure skilled workers
Bringing know-how and technologies to the region
The scholarship
The scholarship is designed for a period of 6 or 12 months per start-up and is made up of financial resources and non-cash benefits provided by regional sponsors. These include the five cities of Bad Mergentheim, Crailsheim, Künzelsau, Öhringen and Schwäbisch Hall, the three banks Raiffeisenbanken Hohenloher Land, Sparkasse Hohenlohekreis and Volksbank Hohenlohe as well as ebm-papst Mulfingen GmbH & Co. KG and other companies from the region.
The Benefits
In addition to the financial resources and the well-connected contacts, which should make it easier to start a business, it is above all the cross-industry know-how and the personal, competent advice from a self-selected coach that makes Hohenlohe 4 Talents interesting.
The application process
Every six months, prospective founders and young start-ups with a term of less than three years can apply for the scholarship and other support services via the website.
To get there, the first step is for applicants* to fill out the documents provided on the homepage.
As an executive service provider for initial consultation and support, hfcon GmH & Co. KG takes over the first interviews and helps to sound out the chances and possibilities of the application in cooperation with the applicant.
If the business idea is promising, the applicants receive the official application documents, which are then made available to the Hohenlohe 4 Talents jury. Based on predefined evaluation points, the jury selects its favorites and invites them to present themselves and their business idea in front of the jury at a so-called pitching event, completely in the manner of the lion's den.
