Uni­ver­si­ty sports pro­gram: Reg­is­tra­tion open Wednes­day at 3 p.m.

It’s final­ly that time again: The uni­ver­si­ty sports pro­gram starts again. We are hap­py to be able to offer you a wide range of sports again this semes­ter. So reg­is­ter quick­ly, because the places are lim­it­ed! You will find more infor­ma­tion about reg­is­tra­tion below. Please note that reg­is­tra­tion is required for each course.

What is uni­ver­si­ty sports?

The uni­ver­si­ty sport is an offer of the AStA and the uni­ver­si­ty for you! Expe­ri­enced fel­low stu­dents from the respec­tive sports orga­nize the train­ing as exer­cise instruc­tors. The uni­ver­si­ty sport is the per­fect pos­si­bil­i­ty to cul­ti­vate your hob­by and the con­tact to your fel­low students.

How does the reg­is­tra­tion work?

  • To log in, please select the edu­ca­tion­al insti­tu­tion to which you belong.
  • Log in on the fol­low­ing page with your stu­dent login or uni­ver­si­ty access.
  • Now just con­firm the data trans­mis­sion and you’re ready to go.
  • After suc­cess­ful login you will be redi­rect­ed to the start page of the por­tal. In the menu / tabs you can now select your desired location.
  • After you have clicked on your desired loca­tion, you will land on an overview page, which shows you the com­plete sports offer of the respec­tive location. 
  • To book your desired course, you just have to click on the desired sport on the overview page. 
  • You will then be direct­ed to the book­ing page. Here you will see all the days on which the course will take place. Now you just have to choose one or more days and click on “Book course”. 
  • After suc­cess­ful reg­is­tra­tion you will receive a con­fir­ma­tion email for your booked course. 
  • Have you acci­den­tal­ly reg­is­tered for the wrong course? No prob­lem, you can eas­i­ly man­age your book­ings yourself. 
  • Under “My account” you will find the item “My cours­es”. On this page you will find a tab­u­lar overview of your course book­ings. In the last col­umn of the table you will find the option “Can­cel­la­tion”.
  • After suc­cess­ful can­cel­la­tion you will receive an email confirmation.

PS.: In your per­son­al overview you also have the pos­si­bil­i­ty to down­load the iCal file to import your book­ings into your own calendar.
