Sports offer: Hang glid­ing taster days

The hang glid­ing club HGC Einko­rn e.V. in Schwäbisch Hall has a great offer for you: Kite taster days in the sum­mer semes­ter 2022.

What hap­pens at the hang glid­ing taster day?

  • Pre­sen­ta­tion and film clips on train­ing, equip­ment, costs.
  • Joint assem­bly of the kites on the prac­tice slope — Pre­sen­ta­tion of the equipment
  • Ground-based run-take-off and land­ing exer­cis­es on the train­ing slope with pro­fes­sion­al flight instruc­tor supervision

No pre­vi­ous knowl­edge is nec­es­sary. The train­ing mate­r­i­al is pro­vid­ed in its entire­ty. The par­tic­i­pants are insured by the super­vis­ing flight school.

What you need to bring is an inter­est in a fas­ci­nat­ing aer­i­al sport that comes clos­est to bird flight, fun, phys­i­cal fit­ness and stur­dy shoes as well as heavy-duty long pants (if avail­able, knee pads and gloves with a good grip are also welcome).

The reduced taster day fees are 50 € for you. The fees only apply if the taster day can be car­ried out and do not need to be paid in advance.

Where and when?

The taster days will take place on the fol­low­ing Sat­ur­days (alter­nate date on Sun­days) in spring 2022, weath­er permitting:

Depend­ing on the weath­er fore­cast, the con­fir­ma­tion of the taster day and final infor­ma­tion will take place on Thurs­day evening or at the lat­est on Fri­day after­noon before the taster week­end. The taster day can be can­celled in case of unsuit­able weath­er or too few participants.
